Faith is expressed through submission, devotion, and endurance. (11:4-7)
Without faith it is impossible to please God. (11:6)

Faith In Jesus Changes The Way We Live
Big Idea:
Faith is confident trust in Jesus expressed in submission, devotion, and endurance.
Unfaith is a denial of Jesus expressed in deliberate sin, dishonoring God, and diminishing His Word that results in eternal judgment.
Faith produces fear, awe, and honor of God.
Faith produces a desire to pursue holiness.
Faith produces sacrificial perseverance.
Application
Know: Faith in Jesus changes the way we live.
Do: Draw near. Holdfast. Consider how to stir up one another.
Feel: Fear of falling away from Jesus.
Want: To grow in faith.

We have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus
(Hebrews 10:19).
Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God
(Romans 5:2).

[23] Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. [24] And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, [25] not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
